J&J Flexia tampons. Flexia is an innovative new type of tampon designed for heavy or difficult periods.
Challenge
J&J wanted to get woman in the target audience trialling this new tampon. Due to the sensitive nature of the product they wanted to target women-only medical enviroments.
Solution
InWaiting advertising and sampling campaign in women’s health clinics, including gynaecologists, specialist women’s practices and hospital gynaecology outpatients. Each clinic received a sampler box + 2 refill boxes of the Flexia purse-pack samples. Two magazines were also sent out with front and back cover advertising to be displayed in the waiting rooms.
This campaign has been very effective and has had extremely positive support from the practices. To date the campaign has run every second month since October 2008.
